In connection with a search or recruitment assignment, we process personal data from candidates in order to find the most suitable candidate for the job.
In order for us to process candidates’ personal data, we obtain consent from these on an informed basis. The consent of the candidates is obtained at the same time as their application is sent to us. Personal data is processed and stored in a secured IT system designed to protect personal data for recruitment purposes.
We only process personal data which have been made accessible to us by candidates themselves or which are publicly given to us, such as LinkedIn. Occasionally, it will be necessary for us to ask candidates to fill out behavioral profiles and take different tests. Of course, this only takes place with the prior consent of the candidates.
We only process personal data from candidates for the purposes to which they have initially given their consent. In order for us to find the best suitable candidate for the job, it is necessary for us to share our information about the candidates with the client, we recruit on behalf of.
